Module Summary

This module develops critical practice within the context of contemporary developments in interaction design. The module considers the issues and developments of the day and provides an opportunity for students to consolidate knowledge, skills and understanding developed earlier in their programme.

Students may be interested in responding to the themes for the Olympic/Paralympics, ensuring they stay within the criteria set out for this module:

Olympic and Paralympics Themes:

  1. ‘Excellence, Respect, Friendship’
  2. ‘Empower, Achieve, Inspire’.

The work may be shown during these 2 events:

    1. A Touring Exhibition - The Touring Exhibition would consist of an artistic/creative response to each Olympic (or Paralympic) event.

    2. Creative Campus Project - Campus-based events that support the ideals of the cultural Olympiad.
